Abby VanLuvanee, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN, CISSN
Abby is a Registered Dietitian and a board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. Abby currently works as a Performance Dietitian for the U.S. Marine Corps Special Operations Command. Prior to working with the military, Abby worked at a private practice as lead performance dietitian working with a variety of athletes (collegiate, high school, Ironman, marathon, CrossFit, body builders, etc.) in addition to supporting general health concerns for individuals and helping with weight management. Throughout her career she has worked in Sports Nutrition departments within NCAA Division I collegiate and U.S. Olympic team settings. Abby graduated from Florida State University with a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition. Prior to that, she attended Penn State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences as well as a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Abby believes in individualized approaches for her clients. She helps people to make lifestyle changes based off current habits to reach their goals all while keeping nutrition light and fun!

Abby grew up in Connecticut and has lived in several regions of the country. She loves playing beach volleyball, spending time with her friends and family, working out, traveling, and cuddling her dogs! Abby played Division III indoor volleyball and club sand volleyball and still enjoys playing beach volleyball in Wilmington!
